Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Callegra Level II Voicemail Server Sustainment services. The contract will be for a period of one year, from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027. The contractor will be required to provide new Callegra Level Two Voicemail Sustainment, including free Callegra UC software version upgrades as they are made available on the DoD APL. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items in the Pricing Schedule.
• The contractor must submit quotes electronically via email to A1C Evan Maddox at [email protected] and Paul Blais at [email protected].
• The government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.
• The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
