The City of College Station is seeking a construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) for a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project. The project includes the rehabilitation of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, Francis Drive, and enhancements to Mabel Clare Thomas Park. The selected firm will begin in a support role for preconstruction services alongside the design team and assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
