The State of Alabama is seeking a Quick‑Quote vendor to provide NAPHSIS’s Electronic Verification of Vital Events (EVVE) service to the Alabama Medicaid Agency. The vendor will serve as the sole source provider, granting the agency real‑time access to the national vital statistics database for verification of births, deaths, and other vital records. This contract is limited to a maximum value of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to the same ceiling.
