FY27 Northeast Corridor Cooperative Agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is issuing a FY27 Cooperative Agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) for up to $166,866,475 to fund capital projects, debt service, and operating costs for the Northeast Corridor and other National Network routes. Amtrak is the sole eligible applicant and must submit a comprehensive electronic application package that includes the standard SF‑424 forms, a detailed statement of work, cost estimates, project schedules, safety‑culture improvements, and required assurances.
