WWTF Effluent Pump Station and Force Main Construction

The Town of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, is seeking bids for the construction of a WWTF Effluent Pump Station and Force Main. The project includes the construction of a pump station and force main, as well as all related items of work. The Total Contract Time is 180 consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $700 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. The bid documents are available via paper copy or digital copy through www.waggonerengplans.com. The Town of Pelahatchie reserves the right to amend the specifications and contract documents as necessary prior to bid and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets. • The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) loan program from the State of Mississippi. • The project is subject to federal domestic preference requirements, including the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). • The project is subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated. • Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
