L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors to perform renovations at ten district buildings under the “District Wide Improvements 2027 – Extended” program. Bidders must submit detailed proposals by October 1, 2026, after reviewing the Project Manual (dated September 8, 2026) and attending a two‑day pre‑bid conference (Sept 15‑16) with optional walk‑throughs. All submissions are to be delivered electronically via BuildingConnected or mailed to the designated address; paper bids must be sealed and clearly labeled. The district, together with owner Barton Malow and the design team, will evaluate bids and may award the contract at its discretion.
