Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the 2026 Pavement Preservation Package 2 Advance Slurry project. The project involves the preservation of pavement through the application of advance slurry. The estimated construction cost for this contract is $1,500,000.00. Bidders must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions and the Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form. The project requires the bidder to substantially complete the work on or before 365 calendar days.
• The project does not include hazardous environmental work.
• The project requires 10 project signs.
• The bidder must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract.
• The bidder must reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation on the City’s website.
• The bidder must adhere to the requirements of the Local Preference Program Ordinance, the Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program, and the Responsible Bidder Ordinance.
