6515--Reprocessing Sinks

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a firm-fixed price purchase of steel reprocessing sinks, shelving, accessories, warranty, water remediation, parts, kits, and transport to fit existing VA infrastructure for a fully operational and installed system within 180 days of contract award at the Martinsburg WV VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes the delivery, assembly, and installation of the sinks, as well as training and maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for delivery and installation, providing cut sheets and rough-in drawings, and resolving any water contamination issues. The contractor will also be required to provide a technical plan, warranty documentation, and manufacturer information. The evaluation factors for this solicitation include technical, past performance, and price. • The technical factor includes the vendor's ability to meet the technical requirements, provide product specification sheets, and offer a warranty. • The past performance factor includes the vendor's relevant experience and references. • The price factor includes the all-inclusive pricing for all line items. The government will award the contract to the vendor that offers the best value.
