The City of Moline is seeking to undertake a project known as Parkview-Apartments-of-Moline, which involves the construction of five quad-plex apartment buildings and one duplex, totaling 22 multi-family residential dwelling units. The project aims to address the demand for affordable housing in Rock Island County. The estimated total HUD-funded cost is $2,000,000.00, and the estimated total project cost is $10,775,000.00. The City of Moline has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment.
