On-Call Saw Cutting and Core Drilling

The City of Palo Alto Utilities Department is seeking bids for a 5-year contract for on-call saw cutting pavement and core drilling services. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, and materials to saw cut pavement or core drill at various locations within the city. The annual contract amount is not to exceed $400,000 per year. The city intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Order for the purchase of services on an as-needed basis. • The contractor will be required to provide services during normal and non-normal working hours. • The contractor will be required to provide saw cutting and core drilling services for various diameters and depths. • The contractor will be required to provide AC and PCC allowance factors for saw cutting during normal and non-normal working hours. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and city policies. • The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and a California contractor's license.
