Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking a vendor to provide Quantum software renewal for their Xcellis and Lattus systems. The software is required to maintain system integrity and add support for Data Migration to NetApp StorageGRID. The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the State. The scope of work includes the provision of COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty/maintenance.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The vendor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The vendor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The vendor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions the Master Contractor expects the State to sign or to be subject to in connection with or in order to use the products or to be provided under this PORFP.
