2025 Building Demolition Program

The Project includes the following Work: Demolition and removal of structures to 2ft below grade at the addresses indicated on the bid form. Up to twenty-three (23) structures will be demolished at the discretion of the City. At all sites the sewer shall be plugged, the site regraded and restored using a native meadow mix. The buildings will be demolished per NYSDOL ICR-56 11.5 – Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place. A NYSDOL City wide variance is in place. The structures included in the project have been deemed “Unsafe to Enter” by City of Amsterdam Fire Department. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Dan's Demolition Bronze Contracting LLC
