Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking bids for the procurement of Generator, Gas Pressure, Propellant Actuated, specifically models JP09, JP10, JP11, JP12, and JP13. The contract will require the delivery of various quantities of these generators, with prices to be determined through a competitive bidding process. The solicitation includes detailed specifications, drawings, and technical requirements for the generators. • Providing certified cost or pricing data and data other than certified cost or pricing data as required
• Submitting a Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to configuration management, material review, and obsolescence management
• Maintaining the total equipment baseline configuration and submitting any changes to the Government for approval
• Providing electronic copies of any engineering change proposals (ECPs) or requests for variance (RFVs) to the Contracting Officer and other designated personnel.
