Description
The Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Michigan School for the Deaf - New Dormitory project in Flint, Michigan. The project includes multiple phases, including Program Analysis, Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Construction Administration - Office Services, and Construction Administration - Field Services. The selected contractor will be required to provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement.
• The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology, including a description of their plan for accomplishing the project and a detailed time sequence-related but undated schedule.
• The contractor must provide compensation information, including estimated hours and billing rates for each phase of the project.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements for foreign corporations and must not have been debarred from participation in the bid process.
