Trades, Labor, and Materials (2 Part with JOC)

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is soliciting proposals for a two-part contract for Trades, Labor, and Materials. The contract will provide an indefinite quantity of supplies and services during a fixed period of time. Part 1 of the contract is for non-construction projects, while Part 2 is for Job Order Contract (JOC) projects considered "public work" construction projects. Vendors are encouraged to respond to both parts, but it is not required. The contract will replace the existing TIPS Contract 210205. Key points to consider: • The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation • The contract will provide supplies and services to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members throughout the nation • Vendors can bid coefficients to be applied to either the RS Means Pricebook or the BNi Costbook • The determination of whether a project is a "public work" construction project is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale
