Description
The Massachusetts Department of State Police is seeking responses for a qualified Contractor(s) to provide an infrared breath testing system and related equipment, warranty and repair. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and may last up to 5 years. The estimated expenditure for this contract is consistent with the typical price range for these types of services, with past contract spends ranging from $358,000 to $409,000.
• The Contractor will be responsible for providing the infrared breath testing system and related equipment, as well as warranty and repair services.
• The Contractor must offer pricing to all involved stakeholders, including the Massachusetts Department of State Police and other Executive Departments.
• The contract will be open for use by the Massachusetts Department of State Police and other eligible entities.
• The Contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the World Trade Organization (WTO) agreement.
