Description
The Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the purchase of one 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid LE AWD vehicle. The vehicle must meet the specifications outlined in the attached Exhibit A. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications based on the life cycle cost method. Bidders must provide the miles per gallon (MPG) per United States, Environmental Protection Agency/U.S. Department of Energy data as published in the latest mileage guide-California.
• The vehicle must be new, unused, and a current model.
• The bidder must provide the exterior color offered.
• The delivery date must not exceed 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.
• The bidder must provide the serial number of their California Seller's Permit.
• The bidder must hold a valid and current franchise for the line-make submitted.
• The bidder must provide proof of franchise authorization.
• The bidder must meet the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in Section 3.0.
