The Paulding County Government is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for the development of the Third Army Northern Alignment Feasibility Study. The purpose of this project is to determine the best location for an additional interchange on Interstate 75 and examine the location of the connection road into Paulding County. • The project involves traffic and transportation engineering, highways, streets, and airport pay-parking lots engineering, geotechnical engineering, and drainage engineering. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal virtual conference is scheduled for April 2, 2026. • Questions regarding proposals should be directed to Tara Goldin, Purchasing Manager, no later than April 9, 2026. • The Selection Committee will review and identify three to five firms to be shortlisted as finalists.
