Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is awarding a sole-source contract for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) delivery and set up services to Warrior Service Company LLC. The contract is for a one-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an optional 6-month extension. The performance period is from December 14, 2025, to June 15, 2027. The total estimated value of this procurement is $3,249,542.00. The services and supplies are required twenty-four hours per day and seven days per week, including holidays. The contractor will provide DME delivery, set up, installation, and associated services to Veteran beneficiaries.
• The contract includes all materials, transportation of equipment, set up, labor, supervision, patient education, safety management, and infection control as necessary for patients receiving prescribed DME.
• The contractor must provide these services to the Hudson Valley, Bronx, New Jersey, New York Harbor, Northport, and their entire catchment area, including outpatient clinics.
• The contract is a bridge contract until a new, long-term contract can be awarded.
