Description
The Sheridan County School District No. 3 is requesting bids for propane for the 2025-26 school year. The bid should include the pre-buy price for 60,000 gallons and a "Not to Exceed Price" for every gallon over 60,000 used between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. The delivery location is Clearmont, WY.
• The bid should be sealed and marked.
• The bid can be dropped off at the District Office, mailed to PO Box 125, Clearmont, WY 82835, or electronically sent through Public Purchase.com.
• The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and waive any informality.
• The bid opening will take place on May 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
• The recommendation of the bids will be presented to the Board of Trustees on May 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
