Traction Power State of Good Repair Project

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a contractor to provide electrical equipment and installation services for the Traction Power State of Good Repair Project. The project involves the supply and installation of electrical equipment at 16 Traction Power Substations, 4 Tie-Breaker Stations, and 1 DC Switchboard Room. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and related items required for the performance of the contract. • The project is federally funded. • The solicitation documents are available on WMATA's Project Management Software System (Procore). • Proposals must be submitted electronically through Procore by the specified closing time on the date of closing. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to WMATA. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
