Description
The Paulding County Government is seeking bids for the construction of proposed roadway infrastructure, parking lots, sidewalks, elevated boardwalk, fishing pier, floating dock, and canoe rental structure for public access to the Richland Creek Reservoir. The project includes clearing activities, demolition operations, grading operations, concrete and asphalt paving operations, erosion measures, and construction of structures, piers, and docks.
• The project is estimated to be constructed according to Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Construction of Roads and Bridges, Current Edition, and attached modifications and special provisions.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 12th at 10:00 am EST.
• All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted by email no later than 10:00 am EST November 26th.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount.
