Description
The purpose of this project is to procure and implement an electric fish pump system at Rock Creek Hatchery to improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental and safety risks. The system should meet the minimum requirements for quality, utility, durability, function, and purpose. The vendor is required to provide a quote for the electric fish pump system, including delivery and freight costs. The quote should be submitted via OregonBuys by 12:00 PM on 4/23/26.
• The electric fish pump system should be delivered no later than 5/29/26.
• The vendor is responsible for ensuring that their supplier registration and information is current and correct in OregonBuys.
• The vendor should mark clearly alternate proposals.
• The agency shall determine whether a product offered is "equal" to the specified product.
