Planned Residential Demolition Group 10.31.25 (18907 Marx-Demo Only)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is requesting quotes for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal, hazardous materials removal, demolition, debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The selected vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. • The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The city will consider an incomplete price sheet as non-responsive. • The city reserves the right to question or request clarification on any cost for any property. • The city will issue a notice of award to the successful vendor(s) via email.
