Description
The City of Findlay is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of liquid asphalt for the 2027 contract year. The scope includes providing 20,000 gallons of RS‑2 grade and 10,000 gallons of MS‑90 grade liquid asphalt, with all prices inclusive of delivery to Findlay, Ohio. The contract is for one year (January 1 2027 – December 31 2027) and the City may extend the agreement for up to two additional one‑year terms with 90‑day notice.
