Description
The State of Maryland is seeking bids for the provision of ammunition to meet the needs of various state agencies. The contract will be for an indefinite quantity with fixed unit prices, and the successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring that the ammunition provided meets the specifications included in the solicitation. The contract will have a three-year base period with two one-year option periods.
• The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing the specified ammunition brand(s).
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the ammunition brand(s).
• The contractor must provide a statement attesting to compliance with state regulation requirements and federal and state regulations regarding the sale and provision of ammunition.
• The contractor must be registered with the State of Maryland to conduct business.
• The contractor must have an SUP# issued by eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) and have an active status in eMMA.
