The West Virginia Parkways Authority is soliciting proposals for a single, high‑performance police pursuit vehicle (Ford Mustang or an equivalent) that meets stringent performance, safety, and durability specifications for law‑enforcement use. The vendor must deliver a brand‑new, current‑model vehicle within 120 days to the Authority’s Beckley location, provide a minimum three‑year/36,000‑mile basic warranty and a five‑year/60,000‑mile power‑train warranty, and include all required documentation, licensing, and warranty paperwork. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, delivery schedule, price, warranty/service support, and a small local‑vendor preference. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis, with price scored against the lowest‑cost proposal.
