On-Call Professional Services for Welding Gas Utility Infrastructure and Other City Assets

The City of Willcox is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call professional services for welding gas utility infrastructure and other city assets. The selected firm will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, including repairs, emergency response, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and related work. The firm must have experience working with natural gas infrastructure and must be able to respond to emergency calls. The city is looking for a firm that can provide timely, safe, and professional services. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew annually. • The firm must have experience performing welding services for municipalities, utilities, industrial, or public works environments. • The firm must have experience working on or around natural gas infrastructure. • The firm must have appropriate certifications and qualifications for pipe welding and gas-related work. • The firm must have knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety standards. • The firm must be able to comply with OSHA requirements and gas utility safety protocols. • The firm must have adequate insurance coverage. • The firm must be able to respond to emergency and on-call requests.
