Hamilton ventilator package

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a Hamilton ventilator package, including two Hamilton C6 ventilators, two quick lock humi holder battery cylinder holders, and a battery calibrator. The equipment must be new, and the vendor must be an authorized distributor of the products. The quote must include all aspects of the RFQ, including equipment, services, and options. The place of performance will be at the Hopi Healthcare facility in Polacca, Arizona. • The procurement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise/Native American-owned small businesses. • The vendor must provide a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer. • The quote must include reps and certs identifying the vendor as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise/Native American-owned small business. • Payment will be made through the Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP).
