Luzerne County is seeking information from qualified providers regarding Block Grant funding, specifically the Homeless Assistance Program (HAP) and Human Services Development Fund (HSDF) funds. The county is exploring options to enhance access to homeless assistance services, rental assistance, case management, bridge housing, and housing for underserved populations. Respondents are requested to provide information about their organization, services, geographic areas served, staffing structure, program outcomes, partnerships, and estimated costs.
