Housing Preservation Program

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of the City of Pittsburgh is requesting funding applications for projects seeking Housing Preservation Program (HPP) funds. The HPP will help fund the acquisition, renovation, or operations of existing subsidized or naturally occurring affordable rental units located within the City of Pittsburgh. The program's mission is to invest in affordable rental housing that is at risk of turning market rate. Funding available to projects seeking HPP financing originates from the American Rescue Plan. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. • The program is open to projects that aim to preserve affordable rental housing in the City of Pittsburgh. • The funding available originates from the American Rescue Plan. • Applications must include a completed Exhibit B - Application Narrative, Exhibit C - Excel Application, and all applicable attachments listed in Exhibit D - Attachments Checklist. • The requested attachments include legal organizing documents, organizational chart, audited financial statements, and more. • The program has a rolling application process, and the deadline for submission is 5/14/2099 10:30 AM (ET).
