Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 15,000 #9 business reply envelopes with a lined return address and diagonal seam for the Robert J. Dole VAMC. The envelopes must be compatible with the NEOPOST DS-95i folder inserter and NEOPOST IS-6000 high volume mailing system machines. The contractor must ensure that all postal elements meet USPS regulations in effect at the time of printing. The project requires the contractor to perform a basic check of the furnished media and publishing files, create or change necessary trapping, set proper screen angles and screen frequency, and define file output selection for the imaging device being utilized. The contractor must also submit a press quality PDF soft proof for content only and provide proof of delivery with their invoice for payment. Key features of the project include:
