ELECTRICAL SWITCHES - TDCJ Woodman Unit Maintenance

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of electrical switches for the Woodman Unit Maintenance. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide electrical switches that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract may be extended up to three months at the sole discretion of the State. • The contract is for the procurement of electrical switches. • The switches must meet all applicable OSHA standards and regulations and bear the appropriate listing from Underwriters Laboratory (UL), Factory Mutual Resource Corporation (FMRC), or National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). • The bidder must provide a price quotation that includes all costs, including shipping and handling. • The contract may be extended up to three months at the sole discretion of the State. • The TDCJ reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
