The State of Tennessee is seeking a single vendor to print and deliver 400,000 copies of the 2026 “250 America State Highway Map.” The contract is an informal RFQ with firm‑price terms; the vendor must provide unit pricing, meet strict print specifications, and ship all goods FOB destination by June 24, 2026. Required deliverables include printed maps, composite and press proofs, and full packaging for bulk shipment to a central warehouse and four regional offices. All required compliance documents (COI, Revenue Registration Exemption, W‑9) must accompany the quote.
• Print 400 k full‑color, 11‑panel accordion highway maps (38½″ × 18″ flat, 3½″ × 9″ folded).
• Provide digital print files, composite color proofs, and press proofs on specified 60 lb matte paper before production.
• Package in bundles of 25, 250 per box, palletize ≤ 54″ high, and deliver to one central warehouse (300 k) and four regional sites (25 k each) by June 24 2026, with delivery appointments scheduled ≥ 24 hrs in advance.
• Submit a single‑price quote (unit price + total) by June 1 2026, along with required insurance, exemption, and W‑9 documentation.
