Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a sole source procurement with CareFusion Solutions, LLC for the provision of Installation of Getinge equipment items, specifically Software Management Services - Alaris System, at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contract will be for an estimated period of performance from 12 November 2025 to 23 May 2026. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to the contact person. The procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment. Key points to consider include:
* The vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts.
* All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
* The delivery of gray market items to the VA in the fulfillment of an order/award constitutes a breach of contract.
