Description
The County of San Mateo is soliciting proposals for the design, procurement, programming, and installation of a Cellular Distributed Antenna System for the new North County Wellness Center. The project includes the construction of a 77,000 square foot health center and office building, which will house various agencies and services. The construction will feature Mass Timber and Cross Laminated Timber, and will be designed to be all-electric and LEED Certified.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal site walk-through on December 16, 2025.
• Bids must be submitted online through the County's OpenGov portal by January 5, 2026, 5:00 pm.
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality or technicality.
