Invitation for Bids: One New 2025 3-4 Cubic Yard Wheel Loader

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking bids for the purchase of a new 3-4 cubic yard wheel loader. The loader should have a minimum engine power of 180 hp, a machine operating weight of at least 35,000 lb, and a 4.0 cubic yard general-purpose bucket. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 60-month/5,000 hour full warranty and have a fully equipped service shop and parts department within 150 miles of Butte, Montana. • The loader should have an electronic powershift countershaft transmission and a limited slip front differential. • The loader should have a dedicated pump for steering and a hydraulic controlled, variable on-demand speed fan. • The loader should have a ride control system and a load-sensing hydraulic system. • The loader should have a quick coupler system for ease of changing work tools. • The loader should have a monitoring system for critical systems and a removable operator station. • The loader should have a serviceability design with easy access to components and a warranty program.
