Purchase of a Used 1971 or Newer Cessna 172M Aircraft

The Holmes Community College is seeking bids for the purchase of a used 1971 or newer Cessna 172M aircraft. The aircraft will provide hands-on flight training for students pursuing a career in aviation. The bid proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction on Thursday, April 23, 2026. • The aircraft must be a used 1971 or newer Cessna 172M. • The bid proposals must be submitted by sealed envelope or electronic bid submission. • The submissions will be evaluated, and qualified vendors with compliant proposals will receive an invitation to participate in the reverse auction process. • The college reserves the right to extend the auction date, reject any or all bids, and waive any informalities.
