FLAT SHEET AND PRE-CUT ALUMINUM

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide flat sheet and pre-cut aluminum for use in the manufacturing of highway signing. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements specified in the RFQ, including material specifications, dimensions, and packaging requirements. The vendor must provide a unit price for each item listed on the Pricing Pages and ensure that their bid is totaled correctly before submitting. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. Some key points to consider are: * The contract is open-end and continuing, with no guaranteed future use or purchase volume. * The vendor must accept orders through various methods, including wvOASIS, regular mail, facsimile, e-mail, or any other written form of communication. * The vendor must deliver standard orders within thirty-five (35) working days after orders are received. * The vendor is responsible for ensuring that their on-line ordering system is properly secured prior to processing agency orders on-line. * The agency will pay delivery charges on all orders less than 10,000 pounds, provided that the vendor invoices those delivery costs as a separate charge with the original freight bill attached to the invoice.
