Description
The US Army Contracting Command (ACC)-APG, Huachuca Division, is seeking to procure new commercial Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communications equipment and accessories for operational use at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The required equipment includes Harris Radios and Accessories, such as XL-95P portable radios, encryption feature packages, and helical antennas. The contractor must provide new, commercially available equipment that is fully compatible with the APG Land Mobile Radio system and meets all applicable Project 25 (P25) standards and encryption requirements.
The key requirements of the project include:
• Providing technical support, including unlimited telephone technical support during normal business hours and after-hours callback support for urgent operational issues.
• Delivering equipment complete and ready for programming and operational use.
• Ensuring all components are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty.
• Meeting specific delivery schedules and quantities.
The evaluation of offers will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable basis, considering technical and price factors.
