Architectural Design Services-Canton Intermediate School Roof Repair or Replace

The Town of Canton is seeking architectural design services for the replacement of portions of the roofs at Canton Intermediate School. The selected firm will be responsible for providing preliminary evaluation, complete design, architectural/engineering services, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services. To be considered, firms must have completed a minimum of five CT public school roof replacement projects and demonstrate a proven track record of working with the State of CT Office of School Construction Grants & Review.
