Description
The Les Cheneaux Community Schools is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 School Bond project. The project involves various bid divisions, including concrete, general trades, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical and insulation, wood flooring, flooring, painting, metal lockers, athletic equipment, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical, and site work. The successful bidders will be required to provide surety bonds and comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The project will be administered by the Construction Management Firm, Wolgast Corporation.

The bidders must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or the employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendent of the school district, intermediate superintendent of the intermediate school district, or chief executive officer of the public school academy.
