Description
The County of Henrico is seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive sewer system rehabilitation in the East Highland Park area (Phase 2). The work encompasses full‑scale replacement and rehabilitation of sewer mains, rock excavation, structural backfill, point repairs, new sanitary sewer laterals, PVC transition replacements, water service line installations, and asphalt milling/overlay. Four vendors have submitted preliminary bids ranging from roughly $11.6 M to $16.7 M.
