The State of Maine is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing carpet, dispose of the waste, and install new J+J Mills “Curate” carpet‑tile (Color 3694 Horizon) throughout the Nash Building in Augusta. The work includes complete sub‑floor preparation, installation of transition strips, and full warranty documentation. The contract is a one‑time service valued at an estimated 4,300 sq ft of floor area, with all materials, labor, freight, and cleanup included in a lump‑sum price.
