Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, Maine is seeking firms able to inspect, report, repair, and test a Hansome Energy Systems motor rotor assembly under a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement. The contractor must use OEM data, follow submarine maintenance standards, and deliver the repaired assembly (or a quotation for a replacement) back to PNSY by early February 2027.
