Sig Sauer Ammunition Equal or Better

The State of Hawaii, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, is soliciting bids for the purchase of Sig Sauer ammunition, equal or better. The required quantities are 24,000 rounds of 9mm, 124 GR, ELITE V-CROWN, JHP AMMO, and 150,000 rounds of 9mm, 115 GR, ELITE BALL, FMJ AMMO. Vendors must be Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) compliant at bid closing, and all applicable fees, charges, and taxes must be included in the bid price. • The bid must include the price for the specified quantities of ammunition. • Vendors must provide product descriptions with their bid price. • The State of Hawaii reserves the right to verify the validity of compliance documents. • The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
