Description
Harmony Public Schools (HPS), a Texas‑wide charter school system, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified childcare providers to deliver a tuition‑free Pre‑Kindergarten program for eligible three‑ and four‑year‑olds. Selected providers will operate the program at their own sites, following HPS curriculum and operational standards. The contract’s initial term runs from November 1 2026 through July 31 2028 (implementation period plus first year of operation) with up to three optional one‑year renewals. Providers already in HPS’s existing vendor pool are ineligible. Proposals must be submitted by October 14 2026; questions are due by July 15 2026; award is anticipated November 14 2026.
