Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide Lebanon Repair & Return Support, specifically for the management and maintenance of Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wireless (TOW) Missile Systems, Bradley Fighting Vehicle Family of Systems, and its variants. The contractor will be responsible for securing and managing the necessary parts to support ongoing contractor product support efforts at the CNI facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The contract will have two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS): CLIN 0001 for Inventory Management and Shipping Support, and CLIN 0002 for Material Support. The contractor must provide a proposal that includes pricing for both CLINS, as well as supporting cost and price documentation.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
• Receipt and inspection of Government Furnished Material (GFM) shipments
• Inventory management and secure storage of GFM
• Preparing shipments of GFM
• Providing material support for the management and final shipping of the items for the Lebanon Case LE-B-WCX
