Description
The City of Hinesville is seeking bids for the Bryant Commons Entrance Improvements project. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the project, including 500 LF 30” Curb & Gutter, 900 SY, Asphalt Pavement, 175 S.Y, Sidewalk plus associated improvements.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Hinesville City Hall.
• Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid for the completed work.
• The M/WBE goal for this project is 4% MBE and 4% WBE, for a total M/WBE participation of 8%.
• Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents are open to public inspection at the Hinesville City Hall and other locations.
