Description
The Caro Community Schools are seeking bids for the Caro Community Schools 2026 Renovations project, specifically Bid Package #2 - Rebid. The project involves various construction trades, including excavation, demolition, landscaping, concrete, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and more. The project is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and be completed by August 14, 2026. Bidders must submit their proposals via Procore, and all bids will be opened publicly on April 23, 2026.
• The project requires bidders to provide a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid.
• Bidders must also provide the cost of Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The Construction Manager, Spence Brothers, will direct, supervise, coordinate, and manage the project.
• Overall administration of the project will be the responsibility of the Construction Manager.
